Privacy statement

In the ELITE online store, we process personal data. One Stop Mobile BV considers the careful handling of this data important, and processes and secures it with care. We comply with the requirements of the privacy legislation (GDPR). Among other things, this means that we:

• clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data, through this privacy statement;
• only collect the personal data needed for legitimate purposes;
• first ask for your explicit consent where it is required;
• take appropriate security measures and require the same from parties that process personal data on our behalf;
• respect your right to access, correct or delete your personal data.

What data we use

We only store and use the personal data that you provide to us for the service you request, or of which it is clear when you provide it that we will process it:

• name and address
• telephone number
• billing and delivery address
• email address
• payment details
• IP address

Your order and your account

When you place an order, we use your data to process it. If you create an account, we store your data so that you don't have to enter it again each time and so that we can contact you about your order. We do not share your data with others, unless this is necessary to fulfil your order or the law requires us to. If we suspect fraud or misuse, we may provide personal data to the competent authorities.

Parties that process your data on our behalf

• Shopify: our online store runs on the Shopify platform. Shopify processes your data on our behalf for the store, checkout and payments. Shopify may also process data outside the European Union; the safeguards prescribed by the GDPR apply to this, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
• Payment services: for your payment, we pass on the necessary data to the payment service you choose.
• PostNL: receives your name and address to deliver your order.

We do not sell or publish your data.

Email, contact form and withdrawal

At checkout, you can indicate that you would like to receive emails from us about new products. We only send these with your consent, and every email contains a link to unsubscribe.

If you send us a message or a withdrawal via a form on the website, we keep the details you enter for as long as necessary to handle your message completely.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies, including through parties we work with. Functional cookies are needed to make the store work, for example for your cart and checkout. We always place these. Cookies for statistics, preferences or marketing are only placed if you give your consent in the cookie banner on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. You can also disable or delete cookies in your browser; the store may then no longer work properly.

Security

We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. In particular:

• access to personal data is protected by a username and password;
• we store the data in secured systems;
• we take physical measures to protect the systems containing personal data;
• all information between you and our website is sent over an encrypted connection (TLS) as soon as you enter personal data.

Retention periods

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to process your orders, including the warranty. After that, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment details.

This privacy statement does not apply to other websites we link to. We cannot guarantee that they handle your personal data reliably or securely. Please read their privacy statement before using those websites.

Changes

We may update this privacy statement. Please check it regularly so that you are aware of any changes.

Your rights

You can always ask us to access, change or delete your personal data. You can also request an export of the data we use with your consent, or indicate, stating your reasons, that you want us to restrict the processing. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to identify yourself.

Dutch Data Protection Authority

If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data, we are happy to help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the data protection authority in your country, such as the Data Protection Authority in Belgium.
