Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You do this through your account, so your return reaches us straight away.

  1. Sign in with your email address

    Use the email address from your order. You’ll receive a code; no password or registration needed.

  2. Choose your order

    Select ‘Request return’ for the order and choose the products you’re sending back.

  3. Confirm your return

    You’ll receive a confirmation by email straight away. Once we’ve approved your request, we’ll send you the instructions for returning the parcel.
