Shipping costs

Shipping is free to any address in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery time

We aim to deliver every order on the next working day, provided the products are in stock. The average delivery time is 1 working day. During busy periods, it may take up to 3 working days. PostNL does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. We keep you informed about the status of your order by email.

Delivery

Your order is delivered by PostNL. In the Netherlands, we deliver as letterbox mail. Orders of more than two products are delivered by PostNL's parcel service. We ask PostNL not to leave your parcel with the neighbours. If you are not at home, it goes to the nearest PostNL point.

Deliveries to Belgium are always made by PostNL's parcel service.
